Thank you RMCM

Filed under: Civil rights — admin @ 6:01 pm

Just wanted to give all the LO’s a heads up on someone with Repair My Credit Now (RMCN) that I have been working with over the last few months that has been helping my motivated borrowers repair their credit in a short amount of time enabling them to obtain a home loan. Just pulled a new credit report for an individual I spoke with back in August. At that time she had a single score of 554.

The credit I pulled today has 3 scores, all over 620 with a middle score of 657. This easily approves her for FHA, and I will be offering her a USDA loan that is automaticaly credit approved with mid score over 620. Several collections were removed and acounts were added to increase the score within a two month span. I know most of us know how to run credit analyzers through funding suite to see how we can manipulate credit scores by having our borrowers perform certain actions, but it’s a lot easier, cheaper, and time effecient to refer our borrowers to professionals that specialize in credit repair. With the “credit crunch” and lender’s guidelines tightening, I think this is a good opportunity to separate ourselves from other LO’s at other companies who fail to inform the non creditworthy borrower what can be done to help them obtain a home loan.
Once you refer them to a rmcn credit services specialist, namely Jesse Yancy with RMCN, they will, in turn, refer them right back to you to complete the loan. At that point, they are not shopping you one bit since you’ve informed them of what needs to be done and walked them through it. As stated earlier, Jesse took a denial and turned it into a good loan in less than 2 months.
Of course, his services aren’t free, so it will take a motivated borrower very serious about wanting to get something accomplished in order for it to work, but you really have nothing to lose and everything to gain. No point telling borrowers yourselves that they need to open some accounts and keep balances low and then never speaking with them again afterwards. I was very impressed with Jesse and believe you will be too. I know I have passed out some pens, stress balls, and other assorted items he has sent to me to a lot of you. I attached his business card with all his contact info.
Check out their website repairmycreditnow.com for other success stories. Give him a try!

About whiplash compensation

Filed under: whiplash — admin @ 1:41 am

Whiplash is the term used to describe a soft tissue injury to the neck when you are involved in a car accident. The pain can last for a matter of days or in more severe cases a number of years. However, only a minor percentage of whiplash injuries result in long term injuries with most people making a full recovery. The important point is to make sure you are treated by professional medical staff as soon as possible, a whiplash compensation .
What does “whiplash” mean?
The term “whiplash” is usually used to describe only rear end collisions, often where a car is stationery and another car drives into the rear of it.
The first movement in a whiplash injury is your body being pushed forwards and upwards by the car seat. As your head is not normally connected to the seat (ie not touching) it remains in the same position while the rest of your body is moving forward with the seat. If the headrest is in the correct position, rather than the neck being thrown back over the top of the headrest, the headrest will finally move the neck forward with the seat as it comes into contact with it. (For the correct position of your headrest see our Headrest Position Guide)

The next movement as the car stops is the body being thrown forward. If restrained by a seatbelt the neck will then move forward over the rest of the body, flexing the neck now forwards. It is while the neck is over stretched (hyperextension and hyperflexion) that the whiplash injury is sustained.
Can a whiplash injury be sustained even in a low speed accident?

Yes. Quite frequently whiplash injuries are caused by low impact collisions with speeds of only a few miles per hour. Often some of the more serious injuries are sustained in this way. Remember if this has happened to you it is not your fault, and sustaining an injury in a low impact accident does not mean you have a weakness - it is a normal reaction. For more information see our article on

Official SDK Launched

Filed under: Online Degrees — admin @ 1:28 am

The Apple iPhone SDK event, held at the company’s headquarters in Cupertino today marked the start of what will soon be even more popular “iPhone”. Apple unveiled the tools and technologies that will allow independent software developers to create and sell programs for the iPhone and iPod touch.

Applications for the iPhone will be built on a Mac using a new version of Xcode, available in a beta version today as a part of Apple’s new iPhone Developer Program. Get the Official SDK via the iPhone Dev Center.

Key points mentioned during today’s event:

iPhone 2.0 firmware set to ship in June will allow SDK apps.

Apps will be downloaded via an exclusive iPhone app called AppStore which will be a part of the 2.0 firmware update. (This is Apple’s version of a package manager like Installer or Cydia.)

Main stream companies such as AOL, EA, Sega, and many more will soon revolutionize the iPhone user experience. (Expect more sophistication, realisism, and overall user friendliness on apps and games in the near future.)

iPhone SDK Developers get 70% of the revenue from their apps and are allowed to set the price to sell to the user. There will be no credit card fees and developers will be paid monthly. The cost to publish apps for resell via AppStore is a yearly fee of $99. As a developer, this single fee gives you the ability to sign unlimited apps for the iphone.

A lot of applications will be free. The iPhone SDK Developer is not charged anything for free applications. There are only a few limitations including porn, anything illegal, bandwidth hogs, and any unforeseen apps created in the future that Apple deems innapropriate.
Development is done in XCode, only on Mac, and includes a Mac-side iPhone Simulator.
Exchange and ActiveSync support are in the 2.0 update.

MESOTHELIOMA INFORMATIONS

Filed under: Online Degrees — admin @ 9:30 pm

Mesothelioma is a cancer of the mesothelium, the protective sac that covers and protects most internal organs of the body. The mesothelium has two layers, one, which covers the organ, and a second, which forms a sac around it. The mesothelium has different names depending on the location in the body. The pleura is the mesothelial tissue surrounding the lungs and lining the chest cavity. The peritoneum covers most of the organs in the abdominal cavity (where abdominal mesothelioma occurs), while the pericardium covers and protects the heart.

Smoking appears to be unrelated to mesothelioma injury. However, the combination of smoking and asbestos exposure may increase the risk of other forms of cancer.
Mesothelioma information : asbestos was used to make many different materials, including cement, brake linings, roof shingles, flooring products, textiles and insulation. Particles released from any of these materials can be inhaled or carried home on clothing– where they expose family members to the risk of mesothelioma.
Generally, it takes 20 to 40 years from the time of asbestos exposure until symptoms appear or pleural mesothelioma is diagnosed. This time is called the “latency” period.

If you or someone in your family is suffering from mesothelioma, you need a New York mesothelioma lawyer now so we can get to work making sure that you receive the best possible care and that you are compensated for your suffering.

Private Investigator

Filed under: Private Investigator — admin @ 10:23 am

The Rominger Legal Private Investigator Directory is a resource for lawyers and the public to find professional private investigators and detectives to assist them with investigating, information gathering, intelligence, and due diligence.

As a free resource to the public and private investigators we also have the Private Investigator Forums, where investigators can discuss investigative techniques, surveillance tips, investigator marketing, and all other aspects of their investigations business. Members of the public and people in fields related to investigations can post questions, make comments, and join in the investigation discussions as well. Use of the Private Investigator Forums is free.

Wikipedia says “a private investigator, or PI, is a person who undertakes investigations, usually for a private citizen or some other entity not involved with a government or police organization. They often work for attorneys in civil cases or on behalf of a defense attorney. Many work for insurance companies to resolve claims. ”

Generally each state has its own rules for private investigators. Some require license based on tests or experience as a private investigator, and thus many new investigators have previously worked for a private investigations firm. Some states require investigators to follow up with continuing education in investigations and investigator ethics. Others basically allow any adult individual to provide investigative services.

Many investigators specialize in various investigative specialties. Some are domestic investigators, and do infidelity investigations or custody investigations. Others do criminal investigations, usually criminal defense investigations. Many also specialize in due diligence, backgrounds, pre-employment screening, surveillance, or other specialties.

You should carefully pick a private investigator based upon experience, location and investigative capability. Some investigators are better suited to certain tasks than other investigators. References from people who have previously had a matter investigated by the investigator in question are a good source to learn about a particular PI.

The Rominger Legal Private Investigator Directory is a free collection of investigators who provide services in every state, and around the world. The PI directory is free to use, and provides contact information for the investigators and their investigation companies. The PI’s listed here are actively seeking investigative and other work on the Internet.

Please use this directory to find a private investigator or private detective to assists you in all your investigative needs. Remember that the more information you can provide to the investigators, the more likely the PI will be able to provide an accurate quote for the investigation or other task at hand.
